Spectators fill the park and line the trails in anticipation for the mass start with the smell of gyros and hot dogs lofting in the warm summer breeze. Acoustic music plays off in the distance…

The inaugural Lincoln Park Mountain Bike Challenge and Festival on Saturday, July 18this going to be packed with entertainment, fun, and excitement for the entire family.

Lincoln Park Mountain Bike Challenge and Festival features:

  • Kids, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes
  • 150-250 participants and 500-1,000 spectators are expected
  • Cash prizes for top-three placements in each class
  •  “King of the Hill” prize for first Advanced biker to reach the dirt trail
  • Paved and off-road sections of race for all levels of competition
  • Awards ceremony followed by the “Party in the Park” with Sponsorship Banners
  • LIVE MUSIC: Nick Felbum, Peter Kavula, Jamie Ness & Brad Nelson, and Two Many Banjos
  • Grand Raffle drawing
  • Bounce House for the kids
  • Food Vendors and Retail Vendors
  • Beer Garden

Classes:

Kids Class: Must be 12 and younger, Entry Fee is $10 before July 11 and $15 after, First prize is $35, 1st through 3rd placements get trophies.
Beginner Class: Entry Fee is $20 before July 11 and $25 after. First prize is $50, 1st through 3rd placements get trophies.
Intermediate Class: Entry Fee is $25 before July 11 and $30 after. First prize is $75, 1st through 3rd placements get trophies.
Advanced Class: Entry Fee is $30 before July 11 and $35 after. First prize is $100, 1st through 3rd placements get trophies. First to reach trail-entry is the “King of the Hill” and wins $50.
Elephant Rock Trials Competition: Entry fee is $15 before July 11 and $20 after. First prize wins $50.
